Mobile Passport plus Subscription Renewals

You’re probably not traveling now, but we hope that when the time comes, Mobile Passport will be there to help you through the U.S. customs entry process — all on your own mobile device, without the need to touch a paper declaration form or shared kiosk. Thanks to your support, we’ve kept Mobile Passport running for nearly 6 years, supporting more than 8 million members returning home from over 12 million trips. We have never taken for granted the public trust we’ve earned. We continue to invest resources into high levels of security and industry-leading privacy features.

This is an extremely difficult time for everyone, and travel is, for now, more of a state-of-mind than a physical experience. If you are a Mobile Passport plus member with an annual subscription, you will receive a reminder email from the App Store or Google Play Store approximately one month prior to renewal. If you take no action, your subscription will renew for 12 months at the original, locked-in price of $14.99. Because Mobile Passport’s privacy features are designed to eliminate our ability to see your account, only you can manage your renewal status, and it can only be done through the stores. No one at Airside can unlock your data; we do not have a central database of member information. This means we cannot remotely manage subscriptions. If you need to temporarily cancel your annual or monthly subscription, we completely understand and hope you’ll upgrade again when the time is right. In the meantime, we’re committed to helping those fighting the COVID-19 crisis. Our full suite of digital identity products is now free of charge to organizations on the front lines, until June 30, 2020. Also, you can use this time to prepare for future travel. Services are still available through our partner’s Rush My Passport services to help renew expiring U.S. passports. A direct link is located on the home screen of Mobile Passport, so you can complete the administrative work digitally, without an in-person visit to a passport office or enrollment center.
